All donation receipts, tax exemption 80G certificates, and digital membership letters are generated instantly and delivered electronically to the donor's registered email address upon successful transaction confirmation.

Where applicable, verified membership ID cards, volunteer badges, commemorative donor plaques, or educational project literature are dispatched via India Post Speed Post or reputed domestic couriers to the mailing address specified during registration within 7 to 10 business days of verification.

Standard physical kit deliveries across India take approximately 3 to 7 business days following dispatch, depending upon the recipient's pin code. Dispatch notifications and postal consignment tracking numbers are communicated via SMS or email to keep recipients updated.
